Filip Bagewitz is a composer, songwriter, musician and stop motion animator based in Gothenburg, Sweden. He is a singer and a multi-instrumentalist, specialized in the oud but always searching for new sounds.

As an oud player he is active both as an ensemble musician and soloist, and has worked with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, Sångensemblen Amanda and Göteborgs Kammarkör as well as his own projects.

He is the lead singer and songwriter of the left wing swing band Cats and Dinosaurs, and plays the synth for postrock/tweenoise act Svarta Stugan.

Filip also composes music for film and other media, as well as theatre.
